System ( Audio Response Teller )
The
Audio Response Teller system is offered to members of the Elgin City Employees
Credit Union as an
alternate
method of doing transactions and inquiries on
their accounts. The member will need his or
her
account number preceeded by code 00 for savings or code 20 for
checking, then call the ART
ART
system at 1-847-931-5649 and then enter
your memberships number followed by the # key.
The programm
will take you through the steps to obtain your account information. You will
also need the last 4
digits of you social security information to gain access to your account
information.
